Botswana rewards preparation. A self-drive request should consider established tracks, fuel range, water, communications, campsite planning and the conditions attached to the vehicle.
Maun is a major gateway for Moremi, Khwai and the Okavango region. Kasane connects naturally with Chobe and northern itineraries. Pickup and one-way arrangements remain subject to operator availability.

Vehicles are requested by model or configuration. The exact model—or an approved equivalent—is confirmed in writing for your dates before booking.
Pricing is on request because season, duration, pickup, route, camping configuration and operator terms can materially change the quotation.
Equipment varies. Your proposal itemises the sleeping setup, bedding, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, water storage, furniture, navigation and requested extras.
Each can be included in a request. Collection, delivery and one-way availability are confirmed for the selected dates and operator.
Cross-border travel requires prior approval and may involve documents, fees, deposits or restrictions. Include every intended country in the request.
It depends on the route. A conventional vehicle may suit cities and paved roads, while parks, reserves and remote areas may require a suitable 4x4.
Insurance, excess, exclusions, assistance and recovery are operator-specific. They are provided in writing rather than assumed.
